I'd really like this to be really fun and smooth, so make sure to read everything!

:bulletorange:Your character can be a character from a real series, your OC, your persona, or even yourself!:bulletorange:

:bulletwhite:All eligible entries must be sent to me, OmNomWutNevrmind, via the comments below under the designated "Link Entries Here" Comment, by or before the deadline which is Oct. 30th.:bulletwhite:

:bulletyellow:The following are acceptable mediums for this contest: digital art, traditional art, photography, photo manipulation, and your actual Halloween costumes!:bulletyellow:

:bulletorange:Any plagiarizing will immediately and permanently disqualify the entrant.:bulletorange:

:bulletyellow:BEFORE YOU TURN IN YOUR ENTRY, make sure to double check all the rules! It is possible that I changed or added something since you last checked as I am prone to forgetting things. If your entry does not follow the rules you may be disqualified, so be sure to check!:bulletyellow:

:bulletorange:If you plan on entering, please reply to the designated "I Plan on Entering" Comment. Doing so, you will be able to receive notes from me on updates of the contest.:bulletorange:

is this still open? anyway cyodee.deviantart.com/art/Hall… and one with a background cyodee.deviantart.com/art/Hall… and does that count as two? am I allowed to submit two... if not can you choose which would be better and if you can't then just use the second.
